What am I supposed to do I have an issue with getting on ultimate team with it saying “Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu”
I’ve done everything to fix it but nothing is working. It’d be helpful if you could fix this very quickly

what if the companion app is saying im logged in? but cant get onto xbox UT to log out?
Community ManagerHello there. Thanks for reaching out. Normally, there's a pretty easy fix for this issue. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Then, create an empty squad. Next, try loading in to UT on the device you play on. Let me know if that helps or not.
