2 days ago everything was perfectly fine and the game was working but since yesterday I cant go into ultimate team for some reason.
I haven't changed anything and I live in Bulgaria and play on a starlink connection and on PS4 so this probably shouldn't be happening.
I hope this issue is resolved as fast as possible.
I also have the exact problem and from Egypt though it was mine it seems like it's from the game
I am having the exact same problem. Using Starlink in Bulgaria. I get the message: "Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will be returned to the main menu".
It was working just a couple of days ago and I was playing Ultimate Team. Today I can not access Ultimate Team.
Guys I have the same thing happened to me, did you find a solution?
Yeah I did couple of things
Use wired connection ( buy LAN cable )
If pc verify game files
Called by internet provider costumer service and told them abt the internet being unstable they did couple of things from their side and made sure everything is okay
If not solved then I guess it's servers problem

I have the same problem. I tried everything. I deleted, installed, repaired, verified, reset the internet, set up DNS, did everything on the EA page, but it still doesn't work.
