Unable to claim an Evolution pack in my Ultimate Team

I am unable to claim an Evolution reward in my Ultimate Team, which results in my inability to unpack other rewards from the store. As a result all my work towards my weekly Ultimate Team becomes useless. At this point I am good with just discarding the Evo reward if that would let me access my store and other rewards.

PlayStation 5. Please fix the issue with my account.

Thanks for your quick response! The following is a screenshot from my FC Companion app showing what pops up when I try to redeem it. Trying to redeem the evolution card doesn’t work from either the app or the ultimate team account from my PS5.

Which pack is giving you issues exactly, and what happens when you try to claim it?

Are you able to claim it via the web/companion app?
