Unable to Connect to EA Servers – EA SPORTS FC 26 (Steam)

Hello, I am trying to play EA SPORTS FC 26 via Steam. My EA account is correctly linked and EA App is online, but I constantly receive the error message: “Unable to connect to EA servers.”

Steps I have already tried:

  • Updated and repaired Visual C++ Redistributable packages.
  • Ensured both Steam and EA App are online.
  • Added EA App and Steam folders as exceptions in Windows Firewall and antivirus.
  • Ran EA App Recovery.
  • Reinstalled EA AntiCheat.

Despite all these steps, I still cannot connect to EA servers. My internet connection is stable and other online games work fine. Please investigate my account and system to help resolve this issue.

    Hi there. As a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? Again, this is only as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works. Thanks!

    When exactly are you disconnecting? Also, have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here?
