Unable to Connect to Online FC26

I have been having connection issues for the last three weeks on FC25 and now FC 26. I pre order FC26 to have early access and spent my hard working money to purchase this game and I am unable to play. I have been trying to get in contact with EA Support and I have no recieved any updates, I have made more then 5 reports on EA Support and still nothing. I contacted PlayStation Support and I cleared my caché and rebuild system, reset my lisence for FC26 as well and still nothing. The game continues to kick me out of ultímate team or not even be able to load. What is going on EA FC26 i need my money back or credit!!
