I checked the email, there is nothing says that plus if it is banned can I still access companion?

Unable to connect to online features (Ultimate team & clubs) PS5

I cannot sign in to any eafc account on PS5, it is working on companion only.
I tried:

Restarting router
Clearing cache
Changing DNS
Deleting all squads from companion and retrying to login again

But nothing works for that, my last login from 4 days
