Unable to connect to the server

I tried everything to get back to the game but i cant (power cycling,wired and unwired....) im not banned and i dont know the reason why this happens and it all started suddenly one day after my last login 6 days ago and i tried every single day after that, i thought it might be global or whatever but its not.

Hello there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please follow these steps.

Unplug your modem/router. Leave it off for at least 2 minutes.

Shut down your PC/hard restart your console. If you're on console, hold down the power button until it turns off.

Plug in your modem/router.

Let everything come back online and power up your PC/console and try again.
