Unable to load 10hr trial and webapp/companion app all features unavailable

I was on the web-app earlier today. However now everything has a padlock and says feature unavailable. 

I have dwonloaded the game on my xox X|S but am unable to launch the 10hr free trial. It says I need to upgrade, which when I select it takes me to the Microsoft Store which tells me I already own the item. 

Where's my compensation for paying £90 or early access on a game I cannot access across 3 different platforms.
