Unable to log into Clubs

I cannot get into my clubs account. I’ve got the same error message that lots of other users have got. Unable to connect to EA servers, please check your internet connection. FUT and other online game modes work fine. 
It’s been like this for a few days now, can someone at management fix this bug please.
