Unclaimed evo glitch

Everytime I try to claim my unclaimed evolution so I can access my packs it says there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers please try again later it’s been doing this for 3 days now what do I need to do?

    I've had the same problem for a month now, and I've been posting to no avail. I haven't found a solution. I tried the app, but the problem persists. I contacted support, and they said they didn't know. This is ridiculous! Please let me know if you find a solution.
