Ive sent you guys a detailed report about it which included my dxdiag reports, latency reports and solutions I tried. It was your survey so I'm pretty sure that you have many reports, complaints and DxDiags including mine. Its been more then a month for me and more then four months for other players. Also your last patch didnt solve this problem but adresses it (adressing was the exact words used in the patch). My point is still just adressing(!) it or asking for DxDiag while you have hundreds of complaints and feedbacks seems like you are mocking us. But if you still need it I will send you my DxDiag. Just dont forget to adress our problem in the next patch too so I can feel a little bit better about not being able to play the game I paid for 2 months.

For me this was not happening pre-update, its happening post update, i think the fix for refresh rate messed up other things big time

I already have a Dx.Diag report in my submission, and it's in English. Why are you asking for the same thing again? I've shared all the necessary documents in my submission. This problem has existed since the game was released, and it's been 4 months. You're doing nothing. There are many people who paid for this game and can't play it, and we're all suffering. If the previous game, FC 25, ran flawlessly on our computers, this one should too, and it's clear that this problem is a bug on your end. Please find a solution to this problem. I bought the game in September, and now it's January, and I still can't play it. This is the first time in my life I've been so alienated from an EA game.
