Unplayable delay in gameplay on ps5, although the ping is low

each year we buy your “beautiful” game, investing both our time and money into your products. However, how come me, a div 2 player who averages 11 wins in WL, just barely last week, now having a hard time facing div 6 players in champs. My gameplay is unplayable, delay is so bad, including all the offensive and defensive AI moves. On the other hand, now my opponents AI is 10x more precise ,aggressive, and responsive, making it a sweat fest even against an obviously weaker opponents. I thereby kindly ask you to check out my account Takenk1ng__ on the subject of improper connection on your server, so I get some clarity on why is my gameplay is so slow. Mind you 2 weeks ago it was absolutely fine. I’m located in the Baltic region (Latvia), and use Ethernet connection with the most optimal DNS and MTU settings. Looking forward to your reply.
