Unplayable Gameplay Online

When playing online I can’t truly play on any modes online the only mode that I can play is Rush in ultimate team and also in clubs. 
But I bee trying everything to fix the connection issue so I can play rivals online or pro clubs and everything loads good and fast but as soon as the game starts my player stands still, and then it starts moving and when I play pro clubs with my friends they are minutes ahead of me in the same match and I can’t do nothing about it to fix, I try everything. 

I play on PC and this are my PC component:
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core (Tm) i7-11700 @ 2.50GHz (2.50 GH)
Ram: 32GB
Storage: 2.96TB
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060. 12GB
