Unplayable Lag and Slow Motion on PC

Hey everyone, I have a GTX 1650, i7 9th gen CPU, and 16 GB RAM. I was able to play every previous FIFA version smoothly, but this year I can’t play the game properly. I already have 8 hours played, but during those 8 hours I was only trying to adjust the settings, not actually playing. The game feels like it’s running in slow motion and even when FPS seems stable, the gameplay is not smooth. Enabling V-Sync fixes screen tearing but then the game becomes slower, while disabling V-Sync removes slow motion but causes screen tearing. Sometimes the game starts smoothly and then becomes laggy after a while. When playing online, there is no ping or latency warning shown, but the game still feels laggy as if there is a hidden delay. I never had these issues in older FIFA games, so I believe this is an optimization or refresh rate problem rather than a hardware limitation. If anyone with similar PC specs found a solution, please help. Thanks in advance
