URGENT FALSE Permanent Ban - Case #229912837

Dear EA Forums/TOS Team,

I am appealing a severe and unjust permanent ban issued on November 18. I am a very long-time player and an active ANNUAL EA Play Pro subscriber. I strongly maintain that this ban is a FALSE POSITIVE.

The Technical Issue:
I have played this franchise since childhood and have never cheated. I played the previous season (FC 25) on this exact account without issue. My account was likely flagged because I used the official, certified 8BitDo Ultimate Software to adjust the Analog Dead Zones on my new Hall Effect Controller. This is a legal hardware optimization, not a cheat, but I believe the Anti-Cheat system misinterpreted this change as unauthorized modification. 

If this controller configuration is the reason behind the ban, I kindly ask for clarification so I can avoid this setup in the future.

My Appeal Status:
I have submitted two cases, including the official appeal (Case #229912837 is pending) and a detailed reply (Case #229869930 is 'Waiting on Studio'). My defense, including image evidence of the software settings, is on file.

Why I need the community's help:
I need direct communication. Your support staff repeatedly sends generic links. I urge a Senior Moderator or TOS Representative to intervene and ensure Case #229912837 receives an urgent manual review based on the technical defense I provided.

Please do not close this thread. I just want a fair chance to play the game I legally own and support.
