Version 1.0.3 Update

Issue Report:

I am experiencing several recurring issues during game-play:

1. Audio Settings: The output repeatedly changes from 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound to stereo without my input.
2. Graphics Settings: The graphics preset keeps resetting and automatically adjusts to match the render parameters.
3. Game-play Disruptions: In the middle of a match (such as Rival or Co-Op), settings change on their own, and the controller stops responding.
4. Performance: The frame rate appears to fall behind real-time game-play, causing noticeable lag and delays.

These problems significantly affect the overall experience and make the game difficult to play. Despite the latest update released for the PC version, none of these issues have been resolved. It is worth noting that numerous reports from various forums, dating back to the very first days after launch, have highlighted these same problems experienced by a large number of users.
