Web App issues (pls help asap).
Hello. I got the game for free with the PS5 plus. When logging into the Web App, I see this issue.
Naturally, this is very frustrating.
Any help would be greatly appreciate, thank you.

Hey SpursBBK,
A login problem can be temporary; trying again later today might work. In the meantime, do you also get the same error on the Companion app?
Are you able to access the game and log in without problems on your platform?
If you get this error after inputting your credentials, please also try resetting the password of your EA account and check that it's the same EA account connected to your PSN ID, following this guide.
You could also check if the login works using a different connection; it might help us isolate the issue.
