When is the next update coming?

Hello EA Forums.&nbsp;
Just wondering when the next update is arriving? I'm asking because i've had a lot of problems connecting to the servers in the past couple of days.&nbsp;
I don't want to waste my time troubleshooting MY CONNECTION like i've done it a million times in previous Fifa games. No 'solution' ever works except when a new update somehow miraculously fixes MY CONNECTION. I'm on PS5 btw.&nbsp;
So, you don't need to refer me to your troubleshooting pages. That only makes me more furious. Please, i'm just asking when we can expect the new update to arrive?
I the meantime i'm going to play one of my many other games, that runs smoothly on MY CONNECTION. 😁

P.S. I realise that you support people here are not to blame for servers. It must be an ungrateful job, trying to help people, when you know that the problem isn't really at their end.&nbsp;

Hi there. As a quick test, can you see if you can connect using a mobile hotspot instead of your home network? Thanks!

Ok. Let me know if you change your mind about troubleshooting. If you do try that and it works, the issue is with your ISP so it would be good to contact them for support. Thanks!

Again, you're not answering my question! Very rude, actually.

How can my ISP be the problem, when all other games works perfectly? I absolutely loathe the fact that you automatically assume that it's a WE problem.

Anyway... Right after the server maintenance you lot did the day after my original post, the game worked fine again. I am aware that some people have problems with their internet connection, but it annoys me so very much, that you don't accept and acknowledge the fact that every single Fifa/EA FC player knows... That the servers occationally are very very bad. Don't automatically blame the paying customers and their connections. Also, it's curious that everytime my game is struggling, hundreds if not thousands report the same issue on downdetector. I guess all of our home networks are just rubbish every friday at 6PM.

When people spend crazy amounts of money on a game, the very least you can do is avoid insulting us.
