Account Restriction Issue – No Clear Duration, Refund Questions & Need Guidance

I would like to share my situation and ask for guidance.
I have been playing this game for many years and have followed almost every release in the series. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue.
My EA SPORTS FC account has been restricted from using key features such as the Transfer Market. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but responses take around 48 hours and appear to be generic, without clear explanations. There is no live chat or real-time support, which makes the process very slow and difficult to follow.
I would also like to clarify that I did not intentionally engage in any cheating or unfair activity. I simply used the Transfer Market as part of normal gameplay. If I had engaged in coin distribution, my account would show unusually high coin balances, which it does not.
I have invested significant time and money into the game, and this situation feels unfair. I am unable to find a clear explanation or someone to directly communicate with.
I would like to ask the community and EA representatives the following questions:
- How long will this restriction last? Why is there no clear duration?
- Will this penalty carry over to FC 27 or future titles?
- Am I eligible for refunds since I cannot fully use the content I purchased?
- Is there any official authority or platform where I can formally raise a complaint about this situation?
