Getting kicked out of the match then losing entries to live tournament

I was playing european league live event and everytime when im playing my first game in session, right after kickoff i get kicked out of the game and it display (EA servers are unavailable or i cant connect to them) I can log into ultimate team insta normally and i got screen that I left the matches and i lost my entry. It happened 4 or 5 times which caused me to not be able to get 12 wins to get packs and evolutions. My internet connection was always perfect beacuese i have great internet and i could go into ultimate team normally after getting kicked out of it. Like i said i finished south america live event and only i have left is 1 win off in europa league. Which i couldnt even get a chance because i had only 15 or 16 matches instead of 20 like every other player.
