Complaint Regarding Game Crash in EA FC 26 PC Version, Division Rivals
Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a serious technical issue I am experiencing with EA FC 26 on PC.
Despite having purchased the full version of the game, I am unable to properly enjoy one of its main features — the Ultimate Team Division Rivals mode. During every online match in Division Rivals, the game consistently crashes around the 10th minute of play. This issue makes the mode completely unplayable and renders a major part of the product unusable.
I have already verified my game files, checked for updates, and ensured that my system meets all requirements, but the problem persists. As a paying customer, I expect the product to function as advertised.
Currently, this is not the case. I kindly request that you investigate this issue, provide a fix or workaround, and inform me whether a patch addressing this problem is planned. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I would like to discuss refund or compensation options, given that I am unable to access core gameplay features.
