Dear EA Support,
My FC26 ultimate team keeps disconnecting me after I finish playing a game. How do I rectify this issue sooner rather than later. I've tried the troubleshooting methods that you have provided and nothing have worked. And my PS5 is connected to the internet with no loss of internet.
This has happened with me and I left it for a few hours before trying again a few times. Does this mean I have to wait 24 from when it started or from when I last tried to play the game I payed for but can't seem to play when I want to
I have same disconnecting issue for 8h i cant play any ultimate mode even if i win its disconnecting from the ultimate to the menu ,
After playing the last event lot of games.
As someone who's been playing Fifa and now EA FC for well over a decade, you guys should have sorted this issue out for console users a long time ago. there are no ways for console players to manipulate games unless it was enabled by the EA dev team, which in this case it was because of the thunderstruck flash even. We are being punished for playing a game mode that was created by EA does not promote player retention. Im not usually one to complain but this is quite ridiculous.
Then why would you add a game mode that only requires 2 goals and takes less then 5 min to finnish??
Community ManagerHi there. This happens when you've hit the security limits for playing too many matches over a short period time. Try waiting 24 hours and playing more full games during that time.
