EAFC 26 PC Dissaster

I have no idea if anybody else is having this issue on pc but since the get go of this game, I have barely been able to play rivals and at times squad battles, my game will run as smooth as butter and the, game closes and im back on the ea app, Im sick and tired of seeing, 'You have been penalised for disconnecting' when it really isnt my fault. Can anyone help? I paid 100 euro for a game and I expect it to let it work.
