I feel really sad and disappointed. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money during the TOTY event, yet I didn’t receive a single TOTY player. It honestly feels like all my time and resources were wasted.
At this point, it makes me wonder if getting a TOTY player is even possible for me. I hope EA seriously reviews the luck system and finds a fair solution for players like me.

Me also switched from dota 2, while I won't go in their mictrontansaction policy, they have to learn a lot of from valve, there is miracle to see the cheaters same as here miracle to see fair player, they got the fine competitor but this is still better game overall if they would do the job properly. seems like they sold the company and they not give a **bleep** already
the biggest problem is a genuine competitor.
The better pack higher chance you will get toty cards. If you open like 78+ and 79+ etc the chance is extremely low like 0,1% which means it does not exist even you open load of packs or you can pack it if you re extremely lucky. Even store packs have 6% and slightly higher. If you open like 50x 88+ or 87+ and dont get any toty so your luck is extremely poor or it is not your day. In conclusion, keep grinding you will get it and accept what the game give you.

I’ve opened nearly 300 packs, not a single TOTY, not even a TOTY HM.
The best solution is to not buy the game at all. Let the sales drop down and they would be compelled to fix the game.
Just remember this for next year and people should make sure not to buy any packs, that is the only way ea will change things.

I haven't bought any packs, but have opened alot of them that i earned as well as SBC's. Not had a single TOTY.
Just stop paying money. It’s like slot machines in Casino. You are never gonna win the jackpot, because of you they are making money and never gonna change until you stop spending your money. I feel EA’s business model is flawed, I have played other games like Dota never had such pay to win business model over than and also the matchmaking is way better than FC. I did grind on Rivals, Squad battles, Objectives and SBCs, opened like 300 packs and forget TOTY I haven’t gotten a single special card, only I get is 88-rated Katoto and Gabriel.
It is such a scam. I also opened close to a 100 grind packs but no TOTY. There is no merit to this. It's all a pay to win. Not doing the grind again.
Don't bother hoping to pack a toty or any other promo card. Never buy packs either with coins or fifa points. And never save packs for any promo. A few weeks from now they'll be easier to pack for free. Only people who spend thousands of dollars are packing toty's. I'd never pay a single penny in the pack store even if I was a billionaire because that is excessive spending for virtual cards that will lose in-game value by the day until they become worthless or dirt cheap a few weeks from now.
