FC 26 ULTIMATE TEAM

It’s now been well over 24 hours, and I’m still not able to get in Ultimate Team, also there’s still no communication about working on a fix neither, It’s actually getting unbearable now. Not only that Champs starts today as well… utter calamity getting. 😳🤦‍♂️

    They ain’t listening or understanding one bit. Absolutely disgraceful for it to be taking this long.

    Our thread around the Gauntlet issue is here  randomhero1090​ but for other UT issues involving connection we need to start by troubleshooting the connection to be sure that it is not simply connection based.

    If the issue is with Ultimate Gauntlet 8 then please post the relevant info in the thread linked above.

    Darko,

    there is clearly a bug with the gauntlet game mode.  It’s some sort of desync with the server.  What appears to be happening is when you complete a game it’s not “marking” the cards in the squad as used.   The little red dots.  But it’s counting the game as played. 

    It seems to happen if you select a team, back out, come back and select a different team then start a gauntlet game. 

    You can’t complete a gauntlet game and it kicks you to the main menu.  After retrying a couple times and trying different squads, I now can’t get in.

    you’ve got loads of people having the same issue.  It’s not ISP related.   It’s not VPN.  And I’ve had advisors tell me they are aware of the reports and are working on it.

    You had the same issue on both another network and with a VPN SHXNE_95​?

    Where are you located, I am playing here without any issue so more info we have the better.

    It’s still the same and many others are facing the same issue with not being able to access UT. I generally don’t understand what’s going on, it’s nearing 48 hours of not being able to go in UT.  EA_Darko​ I’ve tried every step possible. An EA Advisor said to me the team is working on a fix.”Should be sorted soon as possible”

    The advisor may have been mistaken SHXNE_95​ as I am testing here and able to play without issue.

    Have you tried a different network to see if that helps?

    So I’m getting told different then? I’ve been in a live chat, and an EA Advisor said they are aware of an issue. So which one is it? To not be able to get on more than 24 hours is an absolute disgrace.
