Helllo,
Every time i want to buy or bid on a card either on web app or console i get the message: "too many actions have been taken, and use of this action has been temporarily disabled" it has now been over 72 hours and the 'soft ban' is still present. This is taking too long and needs to be removed, I cannot play UT like this it makes it impossible. I have reached out to live chat and they have not helped at all, what can i do to fix this issue?

Same problem here on the web app, constantly can't bid on the items and getting this message. Does anyone know how to fix it? EA maybe?
I have the same problem as you. I get the same message in the web app. And I also get a message that there is a problem connecting to the EA servers when I try to purchase players in-game. I've also contacted the EA support 5 times in the last 7 days and they have not helped me yet with this issue. I need to get a fix somehow, please help guys!
