I purchased FC points and receveid EA credit.
I purchased FC Points, already sent proof of purchase, the amount was credited to my EA account, I opened a support ticket (case #234757193), but I still haven't received a response.
The FC Points were for the end-of-year events and TOTY, and now that the events have ended, I still haven't received the conversion of the money in my EA account to FC Points. I purchased an FC Points voucher.
I would like this issue to be fixed. One month without a response, I'm taking screenshots of everything <removed> if I don't receive assistance.
I just want feedback on something I bought and didn't receive. I purchased FC Points and I haven received them in my EA account, I don´t wanna money in my EA Account.
Could you please proceed with my purchase order? Give my FC Point that I bought, just this.
