No Compensation after facing 2 cheaters in 3 games

They've never done anything and never will. I did the same thing: met, made a video of the match, reported them, and the paperwork never says they were banned. These EA guys are just laughable.

Waste your time with this company just look at the game its the worst thing on the market 

Instead of telling the person having the problem why dont you do something about it all your company does is blame its customers 

EA_Pulsar​ you mean to tell me, that after providing you with screenshots and naming the cheaters, also having video proof of them cheating, you guys telling me that there is no fix available after reporting them in game and on your stupid report site, you, the community manager, remove their names and refuse to ban the people who are destroying your game and refuse to ban the cheaters? Am I seeing this correctly? Am I being pranked or something. Ban them and compensate people who face cheaters! How am I supposed to even compete in the game if you guys refuse to ban cheaters, pc input lag is at an all time high, your game optimisation is borderline non-existent, people with super computers experience input lag and face cheaters, and you of all people, an ea employee, have the nerve, to delete the names of the cheaters who made me lose 2 matches this weekend league, I faced 6 cheaters in 1 month of playing this game, that's more than the previous 5 years combined. Fix your stupid game. Maybe if I load up fifa points you guys will actually care. Shameless company.

Lol why dont you do something about it then instead of just letting your fans get robbed senseless

Each report is reviewed by our dedicated team, who use in-game data to investigate. For privacy and accuracy reasons, we can’t discuss or confirm actions taken against specific accounts here on the forum.  Public call-outs often lead to witch hunts and harassment. 

If you suspect someone of cheating, please continue reporting through the official channel. Your reports really do help us track patterns and take action to keep the game fair for everyone. Thank you.
