Players won't jump when defending corners.

Anyone else been having an issue where your cb even if they have the physical size and strength and ability will not jump no matter what.

I had one just now. corner after corner my defender would not jump for the header. I got in front of him i tried with a standing jump and tried getting a small run up to head it away made no difference my players stayed grounded and just let the opponent have a free header at goal.
