(PS5) – Reference #249697177

Hello,

I am experiencing an account-specific issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PlayStation 5.

Today I successfully entered Ultimate Team and started claiming my match rewards.

  • I claimed the first reward successfully.
  • While claiming the second reward, the game froze completely.
  • Since then, I have been unable to access Ultimate Team.

Current symptoms:

  • Ultimate Team gets stuck on the loading screen.
  • Sometimes I receive a message saying I need to be connected to PlayStation Network and EA servers, even though I am connected.
  • The FC Companion App sometimes reports that another session is active or it will not let me log in.
  • Kick Off and Career Mode work normally.

Troubleshooting completed:

  • Restarted PS5 multiple times.
  • Restarted router.
  • Rebuilt PS5 database in Safe Mode.
  • Changed EA account password.
  • Tested internet connection successfully.
  • Contacted EA Support via Live Chat.

EA Support checked my account and advised me to post here.

Could an EA Community Manager please investigate my Ultimate Team profile or account synchronization? The issue started immediately after claiming my match rewards.
