Quest Completion Issue – “Road to Pro”

Despite completing the “Road to Pro” quest under infrastructure tasks by pressing “Start Immediately,” it still appears unfinished. As a result, I’m unable to claim the reward.

Missing Icon Card Despite Ultimate Edition Purchase

Even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition, I haven’t received the Icon Card. Could you please explain the reason for this?
