Red listen account?

Since the game came out I have done every single SBC and spent about 600$ on packs, yet I can count on one hand how many walk outs I have gotten, is my account red listen for some reason or what is the problem, I can’t even remember the last time I got an walkout, never ever spend money on this game for all of you who read this, you won’t get anything anyway.
