Season pass premium

I bought the last premium season pass, and there were few items I didn’t claim as I expected I would get them automatically when the season was over.  Now it’s been a week and I’ve yet to get them. My Oliver Kahn and pinged pass+( third ps+) is gone. Is there a way to get them back? HELP
