I definitely have experienced this throughout the years, including this year. All I will say is, if you need to take a break, please take a break. FC is not a full-time job nor should it be a priority in our lives. Your health and your well-being is more important.
I have taken several extended breaks throughout the years and if you're not enjoying the game it's better to not keep playing it out of fear of missing out on content. Every new promo will outdo the previous anyways.
The way I see it, I play to enjoy it and if I'm not I get off and play something else for the night.
