When is it EA's fault?

2 years ago I had ea play pro, didn't get any rewards for months, asked an advisor, no solution.

The gameplay has been all over the place this year. Does ea know we're using pro football players? Players with high pace get easily outran, players with high passing can't make a simple 5 yard pass, defenders take 3-6 business days to recover from a standing tackle attempt.

Called someone a **bleep** for heading the ball back to his keeper for the whole of the second half, tried to appeal, unsuccessful because ea let players get away with it.

Disconnected so many matches, then I'm the one being told it's my connection that's the issue and get given a warning. Even though every other game I play, I never disconnect.

Watch rewards not being given after having the livestream on for more than an hour. Why? Because the advisor told me it's youtube's fault my account is connected, although it says I am on the youtube app but on here there's no youtube account linked.

Rewards in general are terrible, it's almost like ea want you to spend money on the game that you've already bought. Oh nice, an 83x10 that has 9 83s and an 84 in it for the tenth time this month.

FoF promo player picks, did 3 of them and all the picks were women, considering there were about 36 male players to about 17 female players in the promo, how could I get 9 different women in all my picks? Advisor told me it's just "luck" but the odds suggest otherwise.

I hope in the next few years either ea pull their finger out and start making positive changes or another dev team can create a football game that's better than what we currently have (wouldn't be that hard).
