Where is my reward and history

I've been buying every EA FC game released since 2022, and my account's creation date is 2022, but in this year's game, it appears to be 2025. I completed the tasks for the griddy award and other awards in EA FC 25, but they didn't come. Was my effort in vain? Why does my account appear to be a new account? Did my history suddenly disappear?
