Why is the efficiency for handling unban cases so low? This is unacceptable.
The Ultimate Team mode only has about a 7-month lifespan each year. If every ban takes this long to handle, what justifies players spending money on FC Points or the Premium Pass? I can understand that the TOS team handles cases manually and may not be fast, but you should at least set a time limit for each case, right? Since EA doesn't compensate for losses during false bans, you should at least improve the TOS team's efficiency. I submitted my case on Dec. 12 and waited until Christmas without a single reply. Don't give me excuses about a high volume of banned players and claim the TOS team is doing their best. For a UT mode with a 7-month life, what's the point if it takes you a month to unban me? If a player gets banned during Team of the Year, their UT year effectively ends 4 months early. And then they're supposed to foolishly spend another $100 on your next game? Do you really think players have no temper and are all brain-dead? EA, you are truly a disgusting company. The TOS team is an incompetent department.
