Complaint regarding unfair pack luck and high diamond expenditure.

Just as a heads up, please don't include any personal or account details in your posts as these forums are publicly visible to everyone. 

As far as pack luck, we can certainly pass along feedback about the packs themselves. However, there is no individual account pack luck. You can view the pack probabilities for specific packs in-game directly, and these are the same for everyone. 

Pulling specific players or items from packs would just come down to the probability listed by tapping the "i" or "View Contents" button when you're looking at the pack itself. These do not take your play time or purchase amounts into consideration to keep things equal for everyone.
