Hi Ea Team. Since the update came out there's been a major bug in which some user's game got stuck on loading same time since division matchmaking bug happen. You guys fixed that bug but forgot to fix that bug and because of that many of us are suffering because we can't play game Or do anything it's 3rd day already missed every reward and no resolution from your side. I already registered my case 2 times and tried support from guest account but there been no reply yet here's my case id 223442587, 223565378 these are my case ids please reset out game session which is stuck or do something we can play game again and also compensate us for our 3 days losses. Game works fine with guest account it's only main account problem
And I have tried everything possible network switch, vpn use, game reinstall, even login on different device nothing works and guest account works fine so it's account related
