Loading Problem Can’t Play The Game

I can’t enter the game tried all the things but it just keep loading i tried all the things i can’t play right now it just loading loading nothing else can’t play

i can’t login, always stuck on loading screen from yesterday but if i login with guest account i can login, please fix this problem as soon as possible
