Loading problem

Yesterday I updated the game and played a division rival match then the game crashed and when I tried to relogin it stuck in the loading screen, I checked my internet connection, it was absolutely fine, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice but i am facing the same issue, I waited for an hour just watching the loading screen in hope that it will go through to the game but it didn't, and when i searched it i found that there are a lot people who are facing this problem, and i hope you'll fix it quickly.please solve this problem as soon as possible
