- Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
- Clear the FC Mobile cache. On Android: Settings > Apps > FC Mobile > Storage & cache > Clear cache. On iPhone/iPad, try offloading the app and then reopening it.
- Switch your connection and test again. If you’re on Wi-Fi, try mobile data. If you’re on mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
- Turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then turn it off and reopen the game.
- If you’re on Wi-Fi, forget the network and reconnect. If it still fails, try resetting your network settings.
- Make sure FC Mobile and your device OS are fully up to date, and keep a few GB of free storage available.
