Signed player cards

Question

I purchased 115 Gerrard for 3.5B either the plan to claim signed Gerrard.
I claimed him for the market, made him untradeable and then processed to the badge > groups section only to see that EA removed all the signed players.

There was NO notice from EA that this would happen. I contacted support in-game and they said that “all in-game decisions are final but that also is untrue. My league member recently got compensation when EA messed up the Beckham card from footyverse event.

They should be revert back. I'm spend 4B for raul as well. I will not paid anymore if they don't return the reward as it must be.

Yes they removed the signed player’s permanently without any notice or compensation. I need them to send me signed Gerard as compensation

Bro it’s very upsetting . I also bought crouch. All EA are saying is that they can’t change/ correct their mistake. That’s such a lie. I won’t stop until I get compensation&nbsp;
