Temporary Account Suspended
My account got suspended without. Any reason yesterday. I was playing fairly and also have invested money in this game. Please help me recover my account.It is showing an error code 0x00102710 .It's almost one day and no response from support side. I don't know what to do I am playing this game since the launch and invested my time and money playing.Please help me.And in penalty section it is showing blank.

We can't look into this through the EA Forum, but our Terms of Service team can take a look if you send in a ban appeal to them. Use these steps to appeal a ban:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
