Connection Crashes on Division Rivals

Hey guys

my connection crashes everytime I try to play division rivals, everything else works, but once I press play any type of division, it won’t connect, please help game isn’t much fun without those games.. I tried re-install, I tried changing settings, changing connections, even changing phones, on the other phone the app didn’t even load at all, nothing helps, the problem is inside the game
