Division Rivals always crash

EA Please help me, I have already lowered the graphics to the lowest level. I have seen tutorials on YouTube and so on. But why does it always crash and freeze when I play Division Rivals? I mean, the screen or game play is frozen and that is very advantageous for the opponent.
