18 hours agoHi, thank you for the detailed report about the audio and performance issues you experience. May I ask if it happens in all game modes? Could you please try the following steps for me, just to see if that helps.
- Set Graphics Quality to the lowest just for testing.
- Fully close FC Mobile.
- Go to Android Settings - Apps - FC Mobile - Storage.
- Clear Cache (repeat it).
- Close all background applications.
- Restart the device.
- Launch FC Mobile and test again.
- Test if the same problem happens on both mobile and Wifi connection ( just to see if it's related)
Share some additional info if the problem won't be fixed after trying those steps:
- Device make and model
- Android version
- FC Mobile version
- If you are using Bluetooth headphones or phone speakers.
