EA has intentionally nerfed goalkeepers now so that players can quickly buy a high overall goalkeeper with just average performance. The reality is that the performance of all goalkeepers has gone down horribly. Every match is a total joke because keepers fail to make basic saves and let every ball in. It makes no sense that spending coins or shards on upgrades feels completely useless because every goalkeeper now performs the exact same as a basic low-rated keeper. This artificial nerf is an absolute disappointment.
