Head 2 Head issue

I’ve been trying to play division rivals but my ping keeps spiking randomly which already makes the game harder to even play and I’m already deciding whether or not to ever play this game again. It’s absolutely ridiculous how the game still hasn’t fixed the issue of internet connection between both players. I’ve only been able to play with good connection every once a month.
