New Kind of cheat in Head to Head

I’m FC champ II and have encountered several cheaters who rank FC Champ I. These cheaters have low ovr (below 100) but then when I start playing, those cheats make it to seems like i just lost my connection. However in the screen my ping is green and keep changing (nothing wrong with my connection). After I restarted fc mobile, the game is over (very fast) and end with them winning 1-0
